@Donovan the drains in the bottom of your doors could be plugged. My drivers door was partially plugged when I got mine, many moons ago and it would hold water.

they are solid oem size lugs that had the powder coating come off since i change tires so much

Coil the wires in a circle next time, it's neater and tidier and use zip ties if you have them. Nice job though.
