these effin things are $44 each. if you replace your rears, i will buy one. need just one, but dont want to run into the same issue you have

I noticed my passenger side front bumper marker light was starting to flicker once in a while, so I ordered a replacement light from my local dealer. The light was delivered within one day, which was a surprise, and it was very easy to replace. However, the lens on the new light is perfectly clear, whereas the other one has been exposed to the elements for the past 7 years and is a bit cloudy in comparison. The new light is also a slightly darker shade of amber, again likely an age related issue.

I don't think anyone else would notice if I didn't point it out...but as we all know, once you've noticed you can't avoid seeing it. Might have to just order another new one for the driver side and balance it out!

i have tried all of the above. tried turing the crank with a 3ft breaker bar

What about the grill markers? Are they faded and cloudy lens too? I hope by asking I didn't bring them to your attention now and you have to buy them also

It was the first thing I looked at as well! No, they're fine, the new marker light actually matches the amber shade of the grill lights.

Light it on fire and put it out quickly. If that doesn't match do all the rest and you'll have smoked lenses for free
