Replaced the passenger side exhaust manifold, gasket and extracted the two broken studs causing the exhaust leak.
I would rather remove and replace the a/c evaporator core again instead.

That is definitely something I wouldn't do, you're a better man than me, I'd be cowardly weeping to a muffler shop, lol.

hah i was almost there too, as soon as I found the broken studs I was contemplating having it towed to a mechanic but since the wife is working virtual I was able to steal her car and drive my land cruiser to work instead. lets just say my land cruiser's mpg makes me happy to be driving the raptor again.

I was contemplating getting a gen 3 but ultimately decided to keep the gen 1 and build it. Alcons, SVC, Fox, and Deaver.

Very nice, I decided the same, would love all the new tech, but just cant get over the cost of the new ones. I could sink a quarter of that into my gen 1 and have an epic build.
