Sounds like it’s just below the dash tray/center speaker...Which one? the one on the left above the gas pedal is a 10 minute job.

Appreciate it, figured it was just a matter of time, just rolled 186k.I have yet to hear that sound but I think it is inevitable if we keep our Raptors long enough. Good luck with the repair.
You can but the drivers seat back all the way and contort like a gymnast and reach up with a flashlight and see the motor, put your hand on it when it clicks and see if that's the one, otherwise the other two are not easy at all. I've done this one on mine, so was easy.Sounds like it’s just below the dash tray/center speaker...

That’s not bad, hopefully that is the case. This was the one that went out on me. The symptom was no ability to adjust passenger temperature. Also can’t remember if we lost any other adjustments. Was pretty easy to remove the touchscreen and trim panels. Took a few hours.
1st time for me. I am at 93k on the ODOHow often you changing out your PS fluid?
So I’ve searched on this and understand it’s something to do with driver/passenger air temp I gather. What is the “click click” you hear?Just heard the dreaded blend door click click click...
