I'll find out and post, haven't tried yet...What's it do to the back up camera?
I put some brighter led reverse lights in and they are so bright they drown out the display pretty bad. Different brand though. What's it do to the back up camera?
Any tips? Room for 2 amps behind the seat?Roger that. Releasing those two lower clips is a real pita. Not one of Fords better ideas.

The only ones I’ve seen wash out the rear camera are the replacement lights for the license plate.Appears to work well upon initial testing. Same location as other pics, which is an upslope:

Now you have me thinking, im betting thats whats going on with mine. I replaced the reverse and plate bulbs at the same time. Love the way the new led plate lights look but now I may have to rethink them because my backup cam quality is pretty bad now.The only ones I’ve seen wash out the rear camera are the replacement lights for the license plate.

Ahh ok, mine is tucked below an SVC Baja rear bumper so the tag lights don't shine on it:The only ones I’ve seen wash out the rear camera are the replacement lights for the license plate.

You could try these little guys (Chinese LED from amazon) that replace the plate mounting bolt, I just got around to putting them on:Now you have me thinking, im betting thats whats going on with mine.
