Yes, fluid film every fall, pressure wash every spring, always wash and wax constantly on the outside.

What year is it? Trying to figure out the variable of why some are insanely bad. Do you store in warm garage? Also did you plug the rear wheel well hole thats right above the cab corner?

Mines a 2010, yes its usually in a garage at night, but not heated. I have not plugged any factory drain holes. The only holes I have taped over are the ones behind the running boards on the inside of the rocker panels, those need to be checked every year. The factory duct tape peels off within a year, gorilla black tape works good, I put that on after the truck was completely dry in the summer. It does sit outside in the summer usually as I alternate vehicles I drive, as the raptor is my winter vehicle now. But I'm not scared to pressure wash the underside in the winter and then let it dry off in the garage etc. I like to flush the salt off as much as I can. $10 bucks at the car wash every week in the winter is cheaper than rust holes.

So weird. Still can't figure it out. Must've just got a bad one or the heated garage is an enemy. My tape is in great shape. Checked every year. My truck see very very little offroad use unfortunately. 98% road. Never let anything sit and live at car washes.

My friend just sent me rocker panel picks of his 2006 f150 and is doing incredibly well compared to my 2012. Insane.
Maybe your drain holes on the bottom of the rockers plugged up? There's 3 or 4 drain holes on each side. Yeah, maybe they forgot to put primer on your rockers or something.
