Cleaned up the rear and sprayed everything down under the bed with amsoil HDMP. Gotta clean under the cab and front another day.

Found out that my driver side shock was blown/leaking. Great just had these rebuilt a year ago.

Got my forged off-road shock exchange shocks installed. Went with flutter stacks, level 1 valving, spherical ends, upgraded lower bolts, Schrader valves, and went to mid-perch. Still need to align it before I really try it out off road. Now I can get my new tires! Thinking general grabber x3.

Also have my buddy putting new plugs in as it's been due for a while. I'd do it myself, but he is buying my old excursion and I'm letting him work off some of it.

Pictures to follow...

Picture... Guess I didn't realize the shocks weren't at the mid perch, so that'll come later.
New plugs make the throttle a bit snappier. Going to do an induction service next...

Cleaned and waxed shocks and bump stops, I really need to coat those springs though!

Replaced the original rear diff. cover with a girdle cover. All went well except that the included gasket was not correct. It had misaligned bolt hole cutouts. There was a noticeable amount of corrosion on the mounting surface between the housing and the original steel cover. Moisture over time was getting in there.
