Washing tires is a thing?

God washes Lucille’s tires, not me.
OT: took my Rap to see sick relative in the hospital after a nasty fall.

I just cannot bring myself to wash tires. I can’t.

I will drive on them, spin them, do donuts with them, shoot them, and even blow them up with tannerite. I just cannot bring myself to wash tires.

Ok- if I’m looking for a nail, but no other time. I think.

I’m not saying you’re wrong here, it’s your truck and you want it to look good - and it does look good, I admit; The Rap looks sharp all cleaned up.

and, I definitely like Adams polishes. Lucille looks great after everything I’ve used from Adams so far, inside and out. Plus side: no more than 36 hours after washing the truck it is guaranteed to rain. 75% likely within the first 24 hours.

Yes sir, for some, it is! Definitely not for everyone, so I understand you not wanting to do it. But I like the look of a clean tire. Don't get me wrong, it's not something I do often, but I like to give them a good deep cleaning every so often.

Sorry to hear about your sick relative. Hope they're doing ok.

Yep, need to try this stuff. Impressive product that I ended up getting a gallon of it.

https://adamspolishes.com/shop/exterior/wheels-tires/adam-s-tire-rubber-cleaner.html

This is exactly what I used!!! My process was:
  1. Prep the tires with Stoner's Bug and Tarminator
  2. Rinse off after a minute
  3. Apply Adam's Tire & Rubber Cleaner
  4. Immediately agitate with Tuf Shine Tire Brush
  5. Rinse off
  6. Apply NextZett wheel cleaner
  7. Immediately agitate with EZ Detail Brush and lambskin wheel mit
  8. Rinse off
  9. Dry with leaf blower
  10. Spray on CarPro HydroLite2 to just the wheels
  11. Immediately rinse off
  12. Dry with leaf blower
  13. Apply CarPro Perl to tires with Adam's foam block
  14. Wait a few minutes and wipe off excess with a towel

Now, to find the free time to wash the WHOLE truck. :sad72:

Washed mine too!! It’s about 90 here so I had to wash and dry one side at a time which sucks. ... I need to get some wax on it but Adams has so much different stuff what is a good simple process using Adams polishes? I don’t need paint correction just shiny protection! btw I like the bronze wheels and the blue! Lookin good!
