Theres two hangers, its pretty solid. Its just tucked up on top, you cant see the second one in the pictures

Yeah looks like they are welded to the top or side of the tube then. If so they are probably going to rip out, have the mounts hook under the tube and weld them at the bottom.

Cost?
How much of a difference have you noticed?
Care to share said tips?

I started with doors (inner & outer panel) and it was great improvement of sound quality over stock, so if you don't feel like ripping off your whole cabin, I would go this way...One roll of BAM XXXL is 35 sq.fr is 350-400$, You should be able to do all 4 doors of a supercab with one roll (don't waste anything !).

I needed 3.5 rolls to do whole cabin...

Your best help are Noah's vids :

How to disassemble your truck

Few tips I had from @JtoU :

Outline edges of your door panel before removing it, so you know where to stop when cutting your pieces, stay 1cm away from panel edge so you can put if back easily...Doors are pretty straight forward and easy, about half a day...

Whole cabin took me a day, taking my time to fill everything possible, you can't really mess up anything with those helpful vids so you know how to remove everything...Don't forget to spot all tab/clips/screws mounting points so everything can be put back in the cabin with no problem...

This stuff dampens all vibrations/drones and squeaking noises you can get from a stock cabin, doors are actually a ginormous volume of emptiness and this is no surprise the sound system does sound quite bad once you want to crank up the volume...Same goes for roof which is globally sheet metal with nothing over it but the small headliner...Overally, way better sound quality (I have the 700W SONY system with stock subwoofer), and the cabin is now a looooot quiet, can't wait to see how it goes while offroading, that was also one reason for me to do this, so I don't have all that annoying rattling while on the trails...
