New shoes. I debated for months on size, ended up staying stock because I can still fit into all the parking garages and the airport garage. My stock BFGs still had like 30% of the tread left but they had become really noisy. I chose the BFG KO2s. Love them. Super quiet on the road and they feel much softer around town. The sidewall tread looks more aggressive too.
