Tilting it on its side definitely makes getting the roof done a lot easier.

Replaced this chipped and pealing shifter. 45 bucks shipped for a new one, took 15 min to replace. Worth every penny.

Finally installed PA +3 quart pan. Tossed in 7 qts of Motorcraft Mercon LV. Last time at the dunes I watched the trans temp gauge shoot towards the red. Ill see how well the new pan keeps the temp down, I know its a thermostatically controlled trans but 3 qts of more fluid will take longer to get to the "too hot" zone.
