Finished up my homemade bike rack. Not much to it really, 1" x 6' square tube and 4 bike fork mounts. Little bit of drilling, bunch of plastidip and new bolts to use with the Bakflip tonneau cover nuts and done. Easier then changing out bumpers to use the hitch.

Got a dirty look from the wife. Lol. I forgot to mention I also put new black Gorilla locking lugs (The System) on the wife's Ford Edge Sport rims. Nice having all 20 of them as locking lugs instead of just one. No just waiting for the ones for the Raptor to show up so they are all locking lugs too (black 76604NBC). Already tried out their set of 4 and like them.

Welded up a custom exhaust for @NE Ford black widow venom single in single out 3" to a turn down before the axle.

Installed some splash guards that I made that install on the beam that runs along the front under the headlights to protect the retrofit ballasts and associated electronics.

Was just thinking about something like this, nice job man, would love a set of these myself. I may have to use some Reynolds wrap for the time being haha

strapping

@Zeke555. I can't see in the pictures. You have anything strapping the rear wheels down so you don't get movement side to side over bumps, corners ect?

Not for the pictures. I just finished it and was doing a test mounting. When I use it I will have ratchet straps keeping the rear wheels in place and cables with padlocks to keep them from being stolen when stopped for munchies. I have Bull Ring Ford shortly low profile tie downs in all 4 corners for locks and ratchets.

Do you have any dimensions? Save me some time for when I get around to doing the same thing.
