Switched to Firestone for alignments after getting 6 or 7 done at Ford in the last couple of months. 40 minutes later at FS and the alignment was SPOT ON.

It's pathetic that a 3rd party can do it properly in one visit while Ford couldn't do it in 7.

Wow, I would think it would be the other way around. Did you get the lifetime at Firestone? My alignments have been spotty for me from them. Right now they showed it was good but wonder if they ever manipulate the readings to get you out of there.

Yes stock for now and lifetime alignment. The guy was actually excited to work on the raptor so I think he actually cared about getting it right.

I'd have figured the same if you asked me months ago. I've had issues with my dealership since my service advisor (same one last 7 years) left. Once he left, the dealership stopped being excellent for me and has been just "meh" ever since.

I use the lifetime at Firestone too. First time they didnt line steering wheel back up. Took it back and they fixed right away. Only problem even with a family and friends discount they wont warranty BFG's.
