Haha right? Not the best look, but definitely handy for camping and road trips when I'm not playing in the dirt. Hard to pass on for $700!

We should all camp at Lost Coast Usal Beach @Trick_Raptor ? Will HGH tent camp? Pre-Historic sites poop in the woods.

Yeah it was a 5 1/2 hour drive for me when I went back to get there. That works too.

Finally rest of puzzle arrived today!



Can't wait to Tuesday to come. It's not going to be tucked Tuesday yet but more of tuned Tuesday

Since i don't have enough room on self, i had to start installing parts. Man what a difference, rear felt so much more in control now.



And shocks got also coat of Jetseal and wax.

Have you used Jetseal on the shocks before or is the first time to see how well it does?

I'd have a real Raptor SUV conversion if it wasn't 100k+ to have one!

@oxfordraptor - Sounds good to me! HGH has no problem with camping so get a plan going! I like Big Sur area as well... much easier for all of use to get to. Santa Cruz too...

New Brighton State Beach in Santa Cruz is awesome and you can take the trailer. Big Sur is cool too. I'll start a text thread.

Looks like a Traxxas Revo is lurking under the body. I have the same body but on a Slash and SC10.

Yep Revo. Couldn't pass up using the Traxxas Slash Raptor body. It's a pre-runner with extended fenders compared to the rest of the bodies.

I completely agree with you! My last truck had a topper and I had a self built bed platform with storage drawers and compartments which housed all my cooking, camping and hiking gear. Nothing like some tramping!
