Smoked the 3rd brake light. Matches the rest a little bit better now.

* Painted the new tablet mount
* Installed a relay panel and fuse block on the back of the glove box to relocate relays from under the hood that kept getting wet and going wrong
* Switched up some wiring
- Moved winch controller power from switch panel to aux 1
- Moved phone/gps chargers from aux 3 to aux 2 leaving only the switch panel power on aux 3
- Moved the stop tail turn controller power from the switch panel to aux 4
- Moved front cubes from aux 4 to switch panel with in cab relay
- Moved front 40" from aux 2 to switch panel with in cab relay
- The result - all AUX lighting is now on the switch panel and can be controlled with a master on/off switch on aux3 while remaining individually controllable
* Ran power lines for the inverter that @Kmandoske gave me so I can charge camera and drone batteries on the go

This is what happens when you run 12 cables to the bed distribution box and 12 to under the hood.

Changed out 2 of 3 blend door activators, the drivers side is working so didn't have to remove the complete dash as in the video that @CoronaRaptor posted, only had to remove the center console and radio to access the blend door that controls the passenger side, see video posted by @Droid, the third blend door is accessible from under the steering wheel.

First pic is upside down.....next to the steering wheel :ROFLJest:
Close up of the blend motor......had to shorten my 5/16 socket to get the back screw
Third pic is of the door behind the radio.
Close up of the blend motor behind the radio.....with blend motor removed

Overall was fairly simple to do......beats $700-$800 at Ford!

Sano, how many hours did it take to replace the two doors and what is your hourly rate? The reason that I ask is that I've been told it takes 6-7 hours of labor plus the $150 door itself.
