I don't know if it's a placebo effect or what but it seems like my truck is running a lot better the little I drove after the oil change was done. Was gonna put the whole 8 quarts but 7 1/2 was perfect on line and played it safe and discarded the other half. The amsoil filter was damn heavy compared to any other filter I've handled before and seems heavy duty

No I'm pretty sure when I first changed mine over it definitely felt like the engine ran smoother. It was even more noticeable in the rear when I changed my differential fluid over to Amsoil
