Welded some threaded inserts into the tailgate for the Ez down ball, this will be the last time I replace that ******* nutsert they provide! And installed one on each side, hopefully they last longer this way.

Amen brother. Wish I had mad welding skills. I have had the same issue with that dam nutsert

I ordered a pair of Baja Designs XL80's to replace the KC HID's on my hood mounts. Lets see how well the spot beams do on the XL80's compared to the 35w HID's. If the beam is not tight enough for the hood then I will put move them down to the bumper and get some Vision X cannons for the hood.

Thanks for purchasing our products! Our XL80's were designed to put out a crazy amount of light in Near and Mid field zones. They are available in Wide Cornering and Driving/Combo.
For the ultimate in distance, we have the XL Racer Edition. It provides about 40% more distance over the XL Pro and XL80.
We do have a 30day satisfaction guarantee if for some reason you are not happy with the distance of the XL80's and would like to try the racers.

Post some pics with everything installed!

Thank You,
Bailey, Baja Designs

Also installed a custom Magnaflow exhaust with a side exit in front of the wheel. Check out the video. Love the sound.

I need to get the oil changed and want to have the guys grease the yoke, again. Wasn't there a thread that talked about the best type of grease to use this time around?

Yeah there is a thread that talks about the grease. I think Ford even has a part number for a kit with the grease they recomend. I just used a good high quality wheel bearing grease. Seems to have worked.

Not today but yesterday I picked up my truck from the dealership with a nice new rear window in it. When I walked in the service manager called me over to his office and told me they noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was on so the reprogrammed my TPMS's for me and while they were doing that they saw that my wheel weights were missing ona few of my wheels because they were hitting the edge of my calibers so they rebalanced all my tires also. I was about to get pissed because they didn't call me with a price first when he said it was all free of charge to make up for the window issues. At first I was unhappy with the dealership but they really made up for it especially the service manager and his customer service.
