I have ATX Artilleries 17" w/ -12 offset.

Goodyear Dura Trac. 315/70/17

Stick out about 1.5 to 2 inches. I removed mud flaps due to binding.

Now no binding going forward at full turn (middle perch).

Just backed out of drive. 3/4 turn and rubbed. Why only in reverse?

FYI. Drive at a 2% decline when backing out.

Should I be concerned?

Really? That is interesting... I hope I didn't lead you wrong with wheels and tires...

-Greg

No worries. Shame on me for not looking into it further. I'm not worried at this time.

Like I said, no binding/rubbing going forward at full lock. I don't plan on driving backwards to often (If I can help it :waytogo:)

I love the look and will be ok. It just confused me that it would only happen in REVERSE...???

Any particular reason?

because the stock wheels are +34mm. i understand going down in offset to achieve a more aggressive stance...to a point. but once you're in to negative offset you're so far away from what is meant to be on the truck that you're opening yourself up to rubbing issues on or offroad.
