About the video. It’s got me itching for action! If anyone is interested, Texas Raptor Run is putting on the RaptorX mid February and Rally Ready is hosting it again this year. I’m sure Cobb will be out there. Last year, everyone in the stock class was racing for second place (including me ) because nobody could get close to the Cobb trucks lap time’s. I’m sure there’s still time to register and have some real fun!
January 26th is truck day at texplex in midlothian too. The texas motorworx guys are hosting it. 12 mile track. when we were testing the track, i was hitting 85ish on the straights and there are some really awesome sweepers and jumps.

The plan is to have a event each month this year, weather permitting.

check out texplex park, it is a really great option for the texas folks!

Was there any testing performed at high altitude (6k-10k ft). I live at 6k and frequently drive up to 10k. Any high altitude customers yet out there? We only have 91 of course.

I had a Cobb tune on my Focus RS w/o issues, but I purchased it long after it was developed.

I live at roughly 6000 ft in elevation (northern NM) and I just picked up my Cobb Tuning Stage 1+. Remember at altitude engines take in less oxygen per cycle, they produce less compression than they would at sea level. So essentially 91 map would perform the same at 93. To dial in any tune a custom protune is what I recommend to help take fully advantage of the hard parts you have installed (CAI, DP, FMIC, etc).

I will be installing the stage 1 map on my truck. In a couple of weeks I will have it protuned. We will do a baseline stock pull, then just the stage 1 ots tune pull. Next start making changes to the map to dial it in. Install the Cobb intake and make any necessary changes to the map and do some pulls. When the FMIC is installed the same strategy will take place.

I have a 2015 STi and a protune will work wonders.
