GEN 2 Weboost placement?

Hi all, just picked up my 2019 Raptor Saturday. Have a Line X installation scheduled but in the mean time I want to mount my weboost antenna to my truck. I think I’m gonna use the magnetic one it cams with for now but I was wondering if anyone here has a weboost or other cell booster and where you mounted yours? I’m going the magnetic mount with the adhesive pad for now but I’m considering mounting the weboost 4g x otr antenna.

Buddy of mine made a bracket and mounted it to a bed cleat. Worked pretty well and was easy enough to swap in and out.

Don't have any. From what I could find on a quick Google search it looks like he actually just used the 3-way antenna mount bracket that comes with the bigger antenna.

He's talking about a weboost cell signal booster. 1 out of every 3 trucks in West Texas has them.



That little aluminum bracket looks like what the guy used.

Yes. I'm waiting on a few parts and will be running the BPD with dual NMO's. One for the WeBoost and one for the 2way. I'll try to document install.

@LawnDartDesign on instagram has some good info on the setup and was largely my inspiration.

Thanks for the reply! I ordered the "fleet" package and I'm going to use a bracket and install on the driver's side front fender.

I know this is kind of old but does anyone else got more info on this weboost thing? I have the truck wifi's hotspot activated but since I got to San Diego my connection has been crap so I'm trying to figure out how to fix this.
