Wastegate Rattle on Startup Fix?

So how are you guys getting these springs on? I just took a peek at my driver side - no way I can do it without removing the wheel. Too much labor RN

Yeah it’s a pain in the *** but a pair of needle nose helped!

I'm starting to think that what I thought was the cam phaser issue on my truck is actually just the wastegate rattle, which seems like it should be a relief.
