Then this morning went to start…break peddle started bumping back against me and all sorts of warning indicators…then started making some thumping sounds, like a base drum. Wouldn’t stop doing that until I disconnected the battery. Reconnected battery with same thumping sounds and dead dash. Bummer! Guess I’ll be calling a tow truck on Monday.F2B3C0FF-4897-4935-ACBF-5BBA5D8AFEC6.jpeg64AF7398-6BE1-4044-AB34-2A4CCFDF0732.jpegB3684AE0-C53A-4A2B-BE78-95D560B162E9.jpeg6A51FCEB-3FB7-481E-8407-15062AD70E9A.jpeg

I wonder if you have dirt or water in the trailer connector. Probably something simple, hopefully. Sucks though. How long until your dealer can look at it?

Thanks all. Yeah, who knows? I’ll keep y’all informed as to what they find. Purchased from a dealership about 5 hours away and local dealer service is closed today, in small town USA. Trying to think how it’s going to be towed there…anyone know if this vehicle can be placed in neutral without electronics working, for pull on to flatbed?

There is a manual park release behind the driver’s knee board panel. The procedure to release it is in the Owner’s Manual.

Went and checked the fuses. Nothing “looked” unseated, but pushed down on the all (under hood box) and probably at least half a dozen were able to be seated further. Was hoping that would fix. Connected battery and didn’t here that base thumping noise. Got the “Parking Break Service Error” but not the others. Truck still wouldn’t start. Noticed that with truck off, pressing on the break caused it to start bumping back against my foot. Base thumping sound came back and had to disconnect the battery again to make it stop. Thanks FordTechOne for the tip about manual park release. I’ll look for that.
