The u bolts look quite even and torqued them the way they said but you never know @CoronaRaptor but yeah sounding more and more common.
I'm going to take it to the pressure washer tomorrow and get them cleaned out and recoated for the weekend adventures
Good luck, lets see some pics of the adventures. And what are you using to coat them with? Fluid Film?

I don't think it's dirt or uneven torque (at least with the bolts). Mine got hella squeaky in the summer as they got loaded up with dust and dirt so I drooped the rear a few times, loosened the bolts, and pressure washed between leafs a few times to help get rid of it. Doing that had me re-torquing the bolts every time to spec. Now that it's rainy, I never get the squeak, but I do occasionally get the clunk. Just my guess but I think it has something to do with the eye and the shackle. Almost like it binds and gets stuck sometimes.

Yesterday I jacked the truck up and did a good clean at full droop and did another retorque and was looking at the direction of the oem shackles and perhaps just perhaps I may have put them on backwards. But not 100% sure. I will post a picture of each sides shackle and maby someone can tell me if they are facing the right direction. According to my icon instructions open end of shackle faces the spring which is how I have them. But who knows since the torque spec was wrong on them too haha.
First image is drivers side and second is passenger side
