I would contest this 1000%
I have a great attorney that does all my "automobile" stuff and i am sure this is a no brainer for him. Tire Size and Shocks have No reason to void a warranty.
Manuf will do just about anything to void a warranty. Read the fine print of your manual. Having Dogs on Leather will void BMW's upholstery warranty :)

They follow water. The path of least resistance

If you need help let me know.

sorry about that stump winning

Haha, and to think I was so proud of the raptor after the first few stumps.

Anyways, I feel like I exhausted every avenue except for the attorney route. And there's two reasons why I don't want to do it, it would end up taking a lot more of my time and money. And my truck probably would've been held hostage at the dealership until there was a resolution. Sometimes you just have to cut your loses. I have another thread going in the problems & questions forum where you can see the latest issues after picking up the truck...being a 40" lightbar went missing on my truck and the IWEs are still having issues.

I personally blew my IWE (on video) but learned that it was my technique in braking while the engine was still pulling. also a new one is $60 and 30 min to fix, so better than breaking something else.

your Stealership def should of told you it was not covered prior to doing the work and you may have a case there.

It's only 13 and 14 that have the IWE, and there are plenty of articles about Ford giving you an option for 2017 to run the front locker or go with what the later models use.

Having 3.0's and just recently having my dealer replace the driver side axle assembly that includes the CV's. I had no issue. But the axle assembly can be found new for around $225 and the IWE for around $60. With the right tools you can knock this out in less than 2 hours if that. So for $300, its really not that big of a deal. Your mod cost a ton more. I would be complaining more about why mods for our trucks cost so much with that raptor tax than an inexpensive do it yourself repair.

Ford has been using IWE's in all 4wd F150's since 2004. Or are you talking about the Torsen front diff that was added to the Raptor in 2012?
