GEN 2 Wanna be Raptor (Tundra)...and it Cost MORE!

Hey,

I was at the Toyota dealership and came across this built up Tundra. I had to do a 2nd look because it looked like a Raptor for a split second. It was actually pretty cool looking....until I saw the price

They are asking 77,673 for it!! That's more than a very well equipped Raptor. I can't believe wheels and tires are 5,995....those are method wheels that go for about $250 a piece. Granted labor is baked into the cost...but come on!

At least the dealer invested some money upfront for the parts to try and justify the mark up. IMO this is way better than Ford dealers asking $10,000+ over sticker for a Raptor for no reason other than they can. I paid sticker for my Raptor and it was actually difficult to do in Massachusetts.

Well I think it's a pretty cool truck....and I'm sure whoever buys it won't pay the sticker

A dealer actually installed some cool stuff and justified their markup? How un-Ford of them!!! And just because it's lifted and has Methods doesn't automatically mean it's trying to be Raptor......

Looks great. I was very close to getting a Tundra but the technology in them is non existent.
