is this intercooler need change bumper? or any other options for intercooler but keep the stock bumper?

All intercoolers can keep the stock bumper. To use certain bumpers you need to change the intercooler.

Did the shutters need to be removed for the install, and what exactly is the hole being cut in listed in the instructions, I am o n the fence on order this one and the instructions are truly horrible.
