VIN number wait time

so you think its possible to have a build date o9/19 and stil get it on 9/28? if it does work out i will actually be going to Big Bear with it that weekend

First and foremost... yay on the window sticker! I remember when mine became available. Twas a great feeling

I don't exactly remember the timing, but I think 10 days from build to delivery is VERY aggressive. If I recall correctly, mine sat for a week after build for quality checks/verification. Then it took another week for the train to get here, a couple days to get off the train and to the dealer, then the dealer needed it for a day or two to clean up and prep. Maybe figure 2-3 weeks from when its actually done and off the assembly line to taking delivery?

I can't say I recall for sure Talon. I believe that's when the build starts, and since it doesn't take them too long to build it, I believe that's when its complete too. If you've ordered graphics, that will take longer since it goes to a different line for processing after being built.

Maybe the best thing to do is call Ford customer service and check with them every couple of days? (OK who am I kidding... I was calling those peeps twice a day )

hmmm....well the date i ahve is 9/19 which is this Sunday.....so i guess i will just start calling mid next week and see where it is at. isnt the number 800-svt-ford?

coming down to the last week here!!!! est delivery date is 10/2, fingers crossed for no more delays!!!! Now i just need to find a local trail to go hit

Yeah i think i want to go check out the trails over by Cajon pass, never been up there before. But i know im definately going to be in El Mirage from the morning of Oct 22nd through the 24th if anyone gets bored and wants to come out!!!
