I want to thank the two guys that we met in some podunk town in Wisconsin/Michigan on the way home from the SnoBall 500.

We tried 4 different gas stations to air up after the run and everyone was frozen or not working.

Happened upon these two gentleman from the SnoBall 500 and they allowed me to air up my tires using their Viair 400P compressor.

Well, thanx to them, I have used my $300 Raptor Addicts Voucher I won at the SnoBall 500 drawing and ordered a 450P Viair compressor! Theirs worked flawlessly and a must have!

On a side note - Kirk at Raptor Addicts took care of me beyond what was needed! I won a $300 Certificate. I ordered the Viair Compressor and he had it handled and shipped immediately.

I have found a new source for my Raptor needs. His customer service was one of the most impressive I've seen in a while. (He runs a close second to Dawson) :boxing:

Thanx again!

Kirk rocks.

I have a viair on the ADD mount under my hood. Its a great compressor, not as fast as CO2, but its a lot easier to deal with.

Ditto on the 450P, I run one also, great product.

....and I agree about Kirk too, he's one of my very favorite people on this forum.

First off, I'm thoroughly impressed with Kirk!

I already have the Viair 450p in hand! That's impressive!

What is this ADD mount you're referring to? It would be cool to utilize the space below the radiator.

Cool! Here are a few more details:
-I ditched the OEM Viair filter and ran a line into the engine's air cleaner. The OEM filter just wasn't going to survive living up there.

-here's how I valved it

-the cap on the quick disconnect is just one of them rubber feet you can get from Home Depot to put on the legs of your furniture. Works perfectly to keep the connecter innards clean and dry.

Dude! You ROCK! That's cool and I'm stealing that idea. I'll deal with copyright infringement at a later time... ;)

If you don't mind; I may need to pick your brain at some point... Thanx!
