Having started and run a business 26 years now, I am completely baffled that someone who has done what this business has (purportedly), how they have managed to thrive and continue to get the positive PR.

I am absolutely baffled. Other than seeing first hand the crappy workmanship on a very expensive and highly publicized Raptor Build, I had not heard or read anything negative about them, but here it is for the world to see and yet his shop is full of customers. If you haven't yet read that thread, take the time to breeze thru it.

I feel bad for the Raptor owner in OMAN - it still sickens me, now it is all too obvious to me that Hennessy will deny any and all responsibility. What a shame.

I agree, I wouldn't be able live with myself if i ran my business the way he does. I would be constantly afraid of what's around the next corner. And he isn't ******** 18 yr old kids, he is messing with people who have a lot of money and contacts. I can't believe how long he has gotten away with this shit.

It is the equivalent of out running an avalanche, or the longest Ponzi scheme in history. "Hennessy Quality" is an Oxymoron like Jumbo Shrimp, and to think I considered that option -Shudder!

Really sucks for your friend and his new Raptor. I won't make any guesses on the cause, or blame anyone - until the facts come out (if they do).

The Oman dude with the fake Raptor makes me laugh. My first Toyota Camry blew a head gasket and fried the engine after 3 weeks off the boat from Japan. Hard to believe these fake Toyota Camry's were one of the top rated cars for "x" number of years. I knew I got a lemon and dealt with it. I also bought two more Toyota's after that incident.

I don't think he's trying to protect any of us from these fake trucks with the broke engine. He doesn't even know what went wrong. Maybe his wife took the fake truck swimming and was too scared to tell him. I'd rather he not have a Raptor. Let the rest of us drive the crappy, fake trucks! He can buy his Chevy or GMC and live happily ever after. My understanding is they produce zero defect trucks - that's why they have a lifetime warranty on parts and labor, no questions asked.
