I noticed that my friends are still buying car chargers for their phones. These things are not cheap at $20 a piece. Not to mention they are bulky as all get out. I know we have a USB port installed in our trucks, but I thought I'd share with you guys a cheap solution to the cell phone car charger. A few years ago I bought a couple of these:
These are Rocketfish USB ports and they flush mount into your 12 volt power source. Now all you need is the USB cable that came with your device to charge it. They are available for ten bucks on the interwebs. I have one plugged into the port in my console bin to charge my phone and my wife has one in her car, too. And we haven't bought car chargers in years.
