Okay, I thought this would be easier than it is. I took off the top cover by the speaker to do the USB mod and then I realized there was another black piece behind it that was screwed in with four bolts. Took that off as well hoping to see a USB port sitting right there but there is not one. Do I have to take anything else out? I don't see any USB port at all.

Thanks. You looking to do the same?

After watching some other F150 threads and videos it looks like if you don't have the nav screen and just the radio the head unit sits right under the dash tray.

Hah I don't even know what your end goal is.. i just saw no one responded and wanted to bump it up so i can see the finished product :p

there is a second usb input on the backside of the screen on the lower right side. i have a 4 port hub connected to it which allows me to run 4 usb drives for music while retaining the 2 usb inputs in the center console. i have never tried from the topside to access it though. i have always pulled the screen out, which also makes running the cable easier since i normally run it to the center console anyways
