TurboSmart EM BOV

They're sending me a new solenoid. Just got an rmail about an hour ago. Hebsaid that code is usually attributed to a disconnected solenoid. Possibly a wire may have been pulled out from the solenoid causing this.

I painted my Intercooler front face to make it disappear but you can see where the BOV sits. As per my original comments on install it goes in fine, but better done before mounting the IC as the BOV needs to be rotated in the bayonet fitting which you cant do with the IC mounted. HTH.

I want to confirm that the mounting screw lines up as it would with the OEM BOV?

Also, do you have an ACC? If yes, can you take a pic of the ACC behind the grill?

I couldn't get the little Aluminum bracket supplied to line up with the mounting hole, maybe because of the orientation, or maybe as there were a couple of different holes on the OEM unit and only one on the IC. But it was a simple 5 minute exercise to create one that fitted. I run standard Front bumper, so did not have to relocate the ACC.

Yes that is the wrong plug, the right one has grooves inside that slot into the OEM

and the other scenario is that you drop your IC and find out it does not fit. 2-3 hours or 10 mins to send it back.
