You should not get one with CVF intercooler and turbosmart combo. I got one from my intake but they make a fix for it from AWE.

I have the em with svc intercooler.. been having a few issues with it sticking open or not purging some times

This will be the second time I'll have to open it up to clean and lubricate it in the 3 months it's been on.. not too happy

I installed mine today and same thing, it was sticking and not operating properly, returning it for a refund.

check engine light is on again, and the valve isn't blowing off.

i haven't scanned the actual codes yet, but fordpass is telling me the air filter is clogged, which it def isnt..so im assuming its related...

theres also mention of an electrical issue with the turbo system, but the BOV was leaking boost the other day..

Im going to have to go with a different BOV..

Installed. Loud AF when it vents, sounds fantastic. Install was a pita, instructions SUCK and had they been written with specificity it would have saved me a lot of time. No CEL, seems to work correctly so far but very short test drive. Video of it in action:

I ordered mine from Off Road Alliance. Couldn’t get connector to plug together. I spent way more time then should of - cause how hard could it be to connect a 2 pin connector?! I did engine swaps at 15 years old. Was a body man professionally for 10 years. I called ORA to see if they might know a trick. Said no idea, said they sold & installed hundreds never had a single issue - suggested calling Turbo Smart. Talked with TS they mentioned some early production units had wrong plug. The slots on sides were not full depth. Suggested clearing them out with drill bit. Spent a long time doing that to find the depth of OEM plug where clip on truck harness snaps closed is exactly 1mm shorter. TS plug/connector is just long enough it won’t snap closed even with slots cleared. So truck in pieces & waiting on new harness. I’m not real excited to do Cobb stage 2 anymore. The fog light kit was $1500.00 and missing correct fairings too. The joy is just about gone. Not one item sent yet had correct parts to install or worked. I fully appreciate ORA doesn't inspect parts from reliable vendors & so really not their fault. But 2 for 2 with no success has me ready to just keep it stock. Too much brain damage. Thought I’d enjoy wrenching better when not doing it for a living. I was wrong.

I was going to do this but there seems to have been e few issues with them and scared me off. Stock blowoff still working great with stage 2, I don’t see a benefit of the upgrade. On a side note wrenching is still wrenching that’s why I still have $5000 in parts waiting to go on.
