No. Offroad mode works either way. Only one tune is loaded at a time.

You don't have to reload each tune, offroad mode works in both tunes, I asked for the custom tune with T/C turned off totally cuz it turns itself back on everytime you switch between 2WD, 4HI, and 4LO....which is a whole other story......
