If you are asking me it was done by Corbin Johnson with Johnson Tuning out of indianapolis.

Dude tunes 1000 whp stock motor twin turbo GT350's. A Ecoboost with stock parts is easy for him.

I’d guess the near 50 degree temperature drop had a lot to do with your improvement. That and the headwind make it tough to compare.
