tuner question

hey guys not sure if theres already another post about this but what is the cheapest tuner or programmer out there? All i really care about is getting rid of the 100 mph limiter, if it changes shift points and increases hp also then awesome, not really worried about that as dumb as that sounds haha!

I've gone over 100 and it didn't limit me like my previous F-150. I thought it was increased to 110? Haven't tried that so don't know.

Mines an 11 and limits at 100

I just got 37s so I was clocked at 108. I hear there are reasons why there's a limiter and until it's addressed, I figure best let it be. Running a tuner for the drivability points.
