Went mudding a few days ago and ever since it seems like when I get on the gas its fighting to find power. And I don't know if this is normal and just never noticed, but if I'm in 5th or 6th and step on it drops to 3rd or 4th.

That mode does change the shift patterns and some other stuff. You might want to try manual shifting or lock out all gears but 1-2-3. That way you can have the power quicker when you want it instead of waiting which for me, that seems to be the normal when just leaving it in D.

I think what your saying is after you went mudding your truck seems sluggish when driving normal not 4 wheeling? So I would check your air cleaner if u have not already and make sure it is clean if not replace it. Maybe your stuck in 4wd? mud could have caused something to jam up and stay locked in even though your truck says its in 2wd
