There are tons of metallic f150's out there, it'll be the same paint, just need to imagine it on a raptor.

I wouldn't say there are "tons" out there. To date, I've seen about 5.

They are everywhere on dealer lots. The small dealer I am pricing the raptor on have 5 and they only carry about 200 cars on the lot.

On another note, I like the colour in the shade but it can pick up some brown hues in the sun. It was my first choice till I saw it in the sun as it looked incredible on the showroom Shelby they have. Wife is a big fan of Avalanche so you know how that goes, happy wife, happy life

Appreciate all the good info. Too bad in San Diego the dealership I spoke hadn't a clue on much. They have two on order based on their allocation. They say they are top 100 ford dealership in the nation. They don't expect their first two until q1 2017. Wondering if there has been a manufacturing hold of some type? They ordered in July allegedly. They were zero help when I asked if I could order one. They were clueless. Does anyone know of a dealership in so cal that has a clue? We're talking about Raptors in that color. You know that, right?

If you want to be smart I can play that game too. Very, very few of us have seen ANY color of raptor in the flesh. You look at the same colors of cars and need to either photoshop it or use that thing we call an imagination.

Pictures are a TERRIBLE way to select a truck color, you need to see the color in the flesh. The magnetic raptor looks different in various lighting situations, same thing with the avalanche. Carry on
