I ordered in early October. Just heard that my region was getting allocations in first week of November and the regional rep would assign one to my truck. At first I thought that would mean an early November build, but they could be assigning allocations for much later...ugh

I've been trying for 5 years to get my father to buy a Raptor. He's been driving Rams since 2009. He finally did it. He got a 2019 allocation for a 802A SCREW in Ingot Silver. Priority 19, so whatever that means.

I started as Oct build, then Nov 17th, and today it moved to week of Dec 3.

Same delays here. Looks like everyone who wasn't scheduled for this week got pushed back two weeks. That's now almost a month of delays I've been subjected to.

I really did not want to take delivery of a new vehicle in the dead of winter in a northern state, so the mid-November original target was appealing. Now that's it's late December/early January, I'm considering canceling my order and re-submitting in February so I can avoid the salt months.

Dang, that sucks if you would have to do that. Will it be your daily? Im tired of driving this Fusion Energi. I have so many things I want to do once I take delivery.
I want it at the latest in early December. Would hate to have it drive it back in the snow. Picking it up in Missouri and driving it back to California.

Ice-capades said "OK to buy" hasn't been achieved yet and no F-150 scheduling next week. Safe to say delays and rescheduling will continue.

Yep, it'll be my daily driver. It's not the end of the world if I cancel and re-order. When I originally placed my order, I was expecting to get it early November, which would give me a solid month and a half before the snow really hit. With the delays, I'll pick it up and then won't see the paint through the salt until March. My current F150 lease is through March, so to me there's not much difference between getting the truck in late December/early January or March. And I put my deposit down on January 4th this year, so it doesn't really lengthen the wait much.

But then again I want a Raptor now, lol.

Right now, I'm leaning towards just leaving the order and taking delivery whenever Ford figures out the line issues. The deciding factor for me is I'm worried Ford could increase prices early next year, as that's been their history.

I wouldn't worry too much about your situation. Just hit a quarter car wash once you're in warmer weather and you're set. Besides, tearing through snow banks in a pickup truck is fun times.
