Ouch, so that took just about all of 5 months?! I'm almost 2 months in...

Yeah ... it has been a long wait. But I ordered a special color, and also the Raptor line was apparently shut down for a while during that period. I gather it was restarted in March sometime, so I'm sure that was a contributing factor.

How do you get a special color? I don't see Ruby Red on the order list, just Race Red.

Ruby Red is available through the dealer order system. It's a $395 option.

Not sure what other colors might be available ... my vehicles are always red, so that's the only color I inquired about at the time I ordered.

Blend Date: 04-30-18
Est Delivery to TX: 05-17-18 to 05-23-18

Lead Foot Screw, 802A, forged wheels, tech, moonroof, no stickers, no orange seats.

UPDATE:

As of 05-08-18 My truck has arrived at a junction point in Salem, Ill by rail. ETA is 05-15-18 to 05-21-18.

It is good to see movement on this.

I'm still curious how yours got fast tracked as we have the same order date... Mine still has no movement aside from order pending in the system.

I think my dealer allocation was already in the system. I put my order in and they made the changes I wanted on an existing stock order. That’s the only thing I can think of.

That might be the case... the dealer had one on the lot when I ordered mine, since then they've sold it and gotten 3 more.

My build day as yesterday........ has anyone heard anything about this and impacts? Knowing my luck it was my truck that caught fire.
