Anyone had any experience with Truck Covers USA? Like the way they look and function but have not seen a whole lot about them. Been looking at the Retrax Pro too but not really digging the shiny.

Thanks

If i was going to get a bed cover it would be the TCUSA. It is built tough, looks great with that textured finish, and takes up the least bed space of any rolling cover. I also like the ability to add the rack rails and the yakama rack system also.

Yeah their setup looks real nice. Like that they have a black raptor on their site with a cover to see how it looks (good IMO) Everything I have found on them has been positive but there is not much out there.

Only negative i saw in my research of that cover was that it was one of the more expensive covers out there. They are GSA approved so both military bases here use them on all their vehicles.

The price is definitely up there. Hopefully worth it, think I'm going to go this route

I really like the look of the ones with the Yakima racks built in. If I wasn't planning an expedition style bed rack for my roof top tent I would definitely consider it as an option though I did not see a load rating for it.

Good to hear! Which one did you get - just the cover or the one with the tool box built in?

I've always had tool boxes in my trucks.... but I decided not to get it this time. There just isnt enough room in the small bed for the box. In the end, I'm glad I didn't get it. The cover itself is waterproof and I also don't mind putting stuff in the back seat when I really need to (ive got a screw)

If you do decide to get the box with the cover - keep in mind that they offer two sizes. The american work cover JR has a super SMALL box. Can't put much in it. The American work cover box is about double the size of the JR.

Yeah that looks like a pretty slick setup. Couldn't find anything either on load rating

I've got a box on my '13 platinum w/5.5' box that's getting traded in when the Raptor gets here - has been pretty handy but does take up a big portion of the bed. Sits flush so the RollX conceals it which is nice. Was thinking the JR might be good to hold a few things but man that sure is small. Also 850.00 more than the cover - wow. Think I'll just get a box and strap it down in the bed or something
