Truck bed accessory for shovel, board, rope?

The tie down was an accessory part of an accessory gift pack deal that came with the cover for black friday.

If you add the beside racks to the bed with that cover, you will have to make a small cutout on the rack to fit it against the bed due to the cover mounts to the bedrail.

It is metal. I used a dremel with a metal cutting wheel. Butter.
