Historically they have not been, this area has been in a significant drought for quite a while. Not sure if the recent / pending rain changes that or not.

The landowner's do not have the actual final word on this. Even if they were to allow you need to go to see if the county has a burn ban in place. Most counties out there do because of the drought and they are really hurting in that specific county.

Completely agree, I just thought Trey would know before I would. In addition, regardless of whether burn is legal or not, the landowner may not want fires at all.

If only it were that easy.. Unfortunately in my profession when people don't show up for work it really strains your co workers and people can get hurt.
