I escalated you this morning, SVT_Mayo; expect a call from your CSM by the end of the day today. Let me know if I can do anything else.

Got the call, they told me there is absolutely nothing they will do. Guess they really stand behind their products that do this:

Did you try any other dealer? Or is it Ford just being difficult?

The CSM told me there is nothing Ford will do to help me and that was the bottom line.

Swap a used one or rebuilt one in and jump ship, major catastrophic failures like that are bad mojo! IMHO

I think that is my plan right now. Will upgrade to 13 / 14. Now the dilemma is SCAB or SCREW.

I loved my scab but now that I have a Screw I don't know how I lived without it.

This is very disappointing. Honestly, makes me think twice about owning a Ford after the warranty expires.

$1400 for a bell housing and $975 for a muffler? WTF?
