I was looking at that system on their website, did a search here that led me to your posts.

Where did you end up installing those huge horns and tank?

I haven't installed it yet. We ended up buying a house and moving over the holidays. Still moving...

But, I did get the tool box Kit for the bed and I plan on putting the compressor and tank in there. I hope.

The horns will fit behind the bumper below the radiators, but I am a little concerned about the length of airline required to go from the manifold to the individual horns. Each foot will probably cause about a 1/2 second delay for sound. I don't want to hit the horn and have nothing come out for a couple of seconds... So still noodling on that part right now...

FINALLY got the whole friggin' system installed on the truck this week!

I ended up buying a new air tank that is an 8" diameter x 29" long (6.3 gallons) so it would fit between the frame rail and side of the truck without protruding below the frame rail so it would stay (mostly) protected.

I mounted the horns on an "A" frame angle iron I got welded up and bolted directly to the frame in front of the radiators. There is already a 1/2" diameter hole there, next to a square hole, and I just threaded the hole so I could screw it down directly. It's wedged in there pretty good with the horns pointing straight down. The sound, all of the sound, projects directly to the front of the truck. The entire truck vibrates from the sound that these things make >:-D

I have the compressor switched to AUX 2 and the horn trigger set to AUX 4. The only thing that I still need/want is to have AUX 4 be the arming switch, but have the OEM horn on the steering wheel be that actual trigger. I thought I had that figured out with a simple relay attached to the horn and power from AUX 4, but it didn't work out right. The wiring was checked and double checked, but it's not giving me the desired effect. I'll figure that one out later.

Anyway, I finished it pretty late last night and I'm on the road today for the next 8 days. When I get back I can post more pictures of the final install product. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but overall I think it turned out pretty good. It's simply the loudest and most obnoxious thing a person can install on a vehicle. I. Love. It.
