Use the 2017 on their lot against them. It's a year older with 21k more miles and they're asking $56k? And it's all scratched up? Based on the 2017's price tag, I'm guessing they'll through a price of $60k on your truck if you decided to trade it to them. (Without knowing your options and conditions.)

I did discuss the used one they had on the lot. They said that is part of the reason they are nervous about paying too much for mine since that one has been sitting there for so long. Without trying to be too big of a **** to them after they insulted me on the value of my truck, I explained that it doesn't surprise me it hasn't moved since it is cosmetically destroyed. They could at least try to buff some of that out, and replace the windshield that has a dozen large chips and two long cracks in it. The "pride in what you sell" is definitely lacking there.
