Toyos are good. I live outta the city so I have a 30 minute highway commute a few times per day and I was concerned about the road noise and general drive-ability with the Toyos but not to worry -- slight noise on the hwy but aside from that, they handle like most any other tire. I can't find my receipt so I'm guessing with the miles I have on this set but I'm thinking I will get 30--35K ad maybe more. That's good for my driving habits.

Took two tries on the alignment but after that, no problems.
Toyos will instantly change the look of your truck -- much more aggressive appearance for sure. They weigh a bit but I have the usual performance mods for power and since I don't take corners at 70mph, there's really no problem in those areas either.

Thanks for the info! I know they are a little heavier, but I didn't buy this truck to drag race with so the added weight wont really be an issue. From what I have been reading they are one of the best MT's you can buy.

TOYO M/T. For the Raptor it's the best tire money can buy! Only way to top it is to add Methods - their Zero offset plus the TOYOs will transform your Rap's appearance into a sexy offroad beast, yet retains mild street manners. Works well in the sand, dirt, mud, snow, rain, sleet, hail.... Best of both worlds!

I had Toyo M/T's on my last truck. I wasn't really impressed due to the highway noise and ride quality. Offroad they were great, though. So far, I really like the stock BFG's as a great all around tire. I even got a set put on my work truck.

Here are the new tires, 35x12.5 R18's. I could not be any happier with them, I thought the Generals on my last truck looked awesome but they are nothing compared to these Toyo's!

I'm on my second set of Toyo M/Ts. They are a great tire but since they are a 10 ply E rated tire, the sidewall doesn't flex nearly as much as the D rated BFG ATs so the ride is marginally rougher.
However, I was surprised at how quiet they were on road for a MT compared to the OEM BFGs. They do get louder as they wear though. The only downside IMO is the wear....or lack of it. I only got about 20K miles out of the first set and they were at approx 5/32" of tread (new they start out at 21/32"), so they don't wear "like iron" as some claim. I could've run them for another Summer but they were getting scary in the wet at that tread depth. And yes, I did rotate and maintain proper air pressures religiously. The fact is that a chunky MT tires will just wear out quicker than a less aggressive treaded tire.

I honestly really like the BFG ATs and if they came in a true 35/12.50/17 size, I would get those instead as my Rap is my DD (or a 37/12.50 but I don't want to mess with suspension, trimming fenders, etc) . But I received a great deal on the Toyos, so I went with them....and they do look killer. The BFGs will go on for the Winter months for now.

must be an assembly plant spit'n out Raptor's on Method's with TOYO's
or a huge cookie cutter. Tires look good, yes. Been on many magazine covers, too many. Looks like Toyo and Nitto are sitting on a gold mine. Actually, if they weren't so heavy I'd buy a set. I'd run them in the mud too, not only on streets

Ya I have to agree, I just put a set of Nittos on my truck and I love how much better the tires make the truck look and only a slight increase in noise at highway speed.
