Toy Rack. Need Ideas!

Ok so this time next year myself and a fellow Raptor owner will be PCSing(moving for civilians) to Ogden, Utah and will be able to do a lot more out door/offroad activities. We are looking for the best on the market bed racks for kayaks, snow boards, bikes, fishing gear, or what ever is thrown at us. Also with his given skill set and availability of military assets we can build something custom as well. SO........ if you have a custom set up and don't mind sharing please we would love to see it. Please keep in mind I have a family of 4.........I never get to do anything by myself.......lol. Thank guys.
