Touch-Up Paint for Fender Flares

I had to replace two so far, it's not painted it's some kind of impregnated processes.
The whole piece both sides inside and out is the same.

The only one that knows is SVT and you can't get any info from them since 2011 when they stopped answering phones.
And if someone does answer he or she doesn't have a clue.

Ordered this this week. Some told me a year ago that this was 99.9 % match.

I used this on my flare when i did similar damage to it. Get it at Home Depot...

I tried to use the search tool and I know I've seen this topic before but for the life of me I can't seem to find anything.

Before everyone comments I just want to know if someone has found the exact color match, or very close to it.
I need to repair both front fender flares and front bumper with minor paint damage this means some sanding and fill and paint blending.

Also, I'm considering just buying them new and swapping them out, has anybody done this? Do they come finished with the Grey Metallic Paint?
