The 21 will most likely have several options that the 22 does not. Illuminated seals and cupholders, digital AC knobs. Not sure if any of that adds value for you but just a point to make. Either one will be a good pick. You will love the gen 3.

Found a 22’ Atlas Blue 37PP at MSRP. Not my favorite color but couldn’t pass up a 37 for $85k. That’s cheaper than the non 37 AMB by 3k.
